Morning after juice needed!

Feeling a little worse for wear this Monday morning? Check out this perfectly named “Morning after” juice! This juice helps your body recover from your weekend you had and is super easy and quick to make. The Cucumber helps flush out toxins and the oranges increase your Vitamin C levels!

All you need is:

125 g of Papaya

2 oranges

125 g of cucumber

Ice cubes

Method:

Peel the papaya and the oranges, try and leave as much of the white pith on the orange as possible, don’t worry it will all be blended! Juice the papaya, the cucumber and the oranges together and pour over ice! Voila! You have your hangover or busy mum hangover!
